I have been passionate about complementary therapies since 2001 when I began training in Therapeutic Massage and Anatomy and Physiology with the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC).

Since that time I have broadened my range of skills, to include Indian Head Massage, Beauty Therapy, Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Reflexology,  Hot Stone Massage and Hot Stone Reflexology and Ayurvedic Natural Face Lift Therapy.  I am also qualified in pre-conceptual/pregnancy and post natal reflexology.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and professionally insured through the FHT. All this is backed with a strong commitment to continual learning and improvement of my skills and abilities. I am able to provide a mobile Holistic Therapy Service for both Corporate or Private clients within a 10 miles radius of Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
